Practical:
- We ask for a minimum stay of two nights.
- Check-in: you are welcome from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. | Check-out: we wave you goodbye by11 a.m.
- From our ecological philosophy and out of respect for each other, B&B Royal Swans is completely SMOKE-FREE, both inside and outside (all terraces and patios). Although we are great animal lovers, pets are unfortunately not allowed for hygienic reasons.
- All levels are accessible by the elevator.
- Given the layout and tranquillity, we have opted for “adults only”.
- Cancellation policy:
- more than 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- less than 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night
- less than 2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night
- less than 1 week before arrival date or in case of No Show: 100% of the total price
