Practical:
- We ask for a minimum stay of two nights. If a single night is available between two bookings, it can exceptionally be booked for one night.
- Check-in: you are welcome from 4 p.m. | Check-out: we wave you goodbye at 11 a.m.
- Out of respect for each other B&B Royal Swans is smoke-free. Although we are big animal lovers, pets are unfortunately not allowed for hygienic reasons.
- All levels are accessible by the elevator.
- Cancellation policy:
- more than 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- less than 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night
- less than 2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night
- less than 1 week before arrival date or in case of No Show: 100% of the total price
